STEP 1
How to cook mushroom soup with chicken, champignons and potatoes? You can use any part of the chicken to make the soup. Just rinse it first and remove the skin. Pour cold water over the chicken, put it on the fire and bring to a boil. When heated, foam will form and must be skimmed off. Cook the chicken for 30-40 minutes. Then remove the chicken from the broth, cool slightly and separate the meat from the bones. Strain the broth and return the meat to it
STEP 2
Peel and rinse the potatoes. Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces and add to the chicken broth. Bring everything to a boil and leave to simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 3
While the potatoes are cooking, start frying. Drain the liquid from the canned champignons and cut each into 2-3 pieces.
STEP 4
Peel the onions and carrots. Grind and fry with champignons in a hot pan, with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 5
Then add the carrots, grated on a medium grater, to the pan. Stir. And fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 6
Add the fried mushrooms and vegetables to the pan. Add a little salt and spices to the soup to taste. You can add a little chopped herbs. Bring everything to a boil again and remove from heat. Cover with a lid and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Pour the finished soup into bowls and serve. Bon appetit!
