Muale with tangerines
Ingredients

STEP 1
Necessary products.
STEP 2
Melt the butter, for example, on medium power in the microwave.
STEP 3
Mix the eggs until smooth.
STEP 4
Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl so that there are no dense lumps.
STEP 5
Sift in the wheat flour and add baking powder.
STEP 6
Add almond flour.
STEP 7
Add 0.5 tsp. tangerine zest.
STEP 8
Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix.
STEP 9
Combine the resulting mass with butter.
STEP 10
Stir until smooth - and the dough for muale is ready!
STEP 11
Wash, dry, cut off the tops and cut both tangerines along with the peel into three round slices. Place the tangerine slices on the bottom of the molds greased with vegetable oil.
STEP 12
Add the dough to the molds about 2/3 of the way up.
STEP 13
Bake the muale in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
STEP 14
To serve, the muale must be turned upside down so that the original design of the tangerine slice can be seen. Enjoy your tea! Happy holiday!
