Since I decided to exclude bread from my diet, and everyone in the family loves zrazy, I replaced it with cabbage, and instead of flour I took lezon, and I was not mistaken, the minced meat turned out to be very juicy and homogeneous, tender and pleasant, and the filling was made of cheese and eggs with garlic. I also cooked with herbs for the first time, I liked the stringiness of the cheese after heat treatment, and the boiled egg and garlic mixed with the cheese and it turned out to be a kind of sauce, I suggest you try it too.

Magnago, I’ve only been eating separate meals for a month, today I cooked a chicken cutlet breaded in red lentils, these lentils are small and cook quickly, so they have enough time to cook at this temperature: beat the chicken fillet, dip in lezone and bread in this lentils, then fry in the main way. It turns out beautiful and tasty, and as a side dish I prepare a vinaigrette without potatoes and carrots with beans and sauerkraut. I will write regularly about my progress.
