Milk glaze for Easter cake

A minimum of ingredients, and a great glaze is ready! Well, an anecdote for the mood about milk. “How much milk does your cow give?” - “20 liters per day” - “What do you do with this milk?” - “Well, we keep 10 liters for ourselves, and sell the other 15 on the market.” How many times has the next culinary recipe greeted you with the phrase: “The milk icing for the cake is prepared as usual”? But perhaps not everyone knows what it means – “as usual”. It is precisely for those who have not yet learned how to prepare milk icing - a favorite decoration for Easter cakes, buns and cakes (Russian cuisine generally abounds in baked goods that could be decorated with milk icing), and this article has been prepared.

Great! So simple! Thank you very much to the author for this recipe. I've always had a problem with glaze. Previously, I whipped egg whites with sugar and sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. I was already upset. I've already tried your option. I'm just delighted! Thank you so much again! Speaking of glaze! Can you add food coloring to this glaze? If so, which one would you recommend? I really want something unusual this Easter. So I thought to deviate a little from the rules and customs and make colored glaze instead of the usual white one.

Well, I personally don't like using artificial colors, so I can only recommend beet juice, carrot juice or spinach juice as coloring options. And of course, you can put any food in the glaze.

An interesting recipe for milk and cream glaze. I usually make the frosting with beaten egg white and 6 tbsp. spoons of powdered sugar. Thanks for the recipe.
