My favorite version of okroshka is okroshka cooked with meat. Therefore, having read the recipe for meat okroshka with kvass on the website, I began cooking with enthusiasm. I boiled a small piece of pork and boiled potatoes and eggs separately. I cut the meat, vegetables, eggs into small cubes, chopped dill and parsley. Unfortunately, I didn’t have green onions on hand, but I added more dill and parsley; I like it when okroshka has a lot of fresh herbs. I served okroshka with mayonnaise. I added salt and sugar to taste. It turned out tasty and satisfying! The meat in okroshka is appetizing, pleasant to the taste, and goes well with vegetables and aromatic dill. In the spring, everyone will definitely like this okrosheka! Especially if the kvass is well infused and it turns out with sourness! And at other times of the year, okroshka is no less relevant.
