STEP 1
How to make meat in the oven with potatoes and cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them in running water to remove dirt. Choose any meat, as long as it is boneless. Pork can be replaced with any other meat.
STEP 2
Cut the pork meat into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt and spices. Add some vegetable oil. Mix everything.
STEP 3
Cut the peeled potatoes into slices into a bowl. Also add salt, spices and vegetable oil. Stir and make sure that the vegetable oil covers all the potatoes with a thin layer.
STEP 4
Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings. For baking, take any heat-resistant form, grease the bottom and sides with vegetable oil. Place half of the chopped onion in the pan, spreading it evenly over the entire bottom.
STEP 5
Then add half of the prepared meat.
STEP 6
Place half of the potatoes on top of the meat.
STEP 7
Then repeat all layers again. Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 45 minutes.
STEP 8
Then remove the foil and sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. Return the pan to the oven for another 10-15 minutes. When baking, use your oven as a guide.
STEP 9
Meat with potatoes and cheese is ready! Remove the pan from the oven and serve hot. Bon appetit!
