STEP 1
How to make sour pancakes without eggs with yeast fluffy? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take the highest grade flour. Before purchasing yeast, read the instructions. We need yeast that is diluted with liquid - in this case, milk. STEP 2
In a bowl, mix warm milk (37-40°C), salt, sugar and yeast. You can stir with a whisk, but I usually just sprinkle the yeast on the surface of the milk. Let the dough sit in a warm place for 10-15 minutes to activate the yeast. There should be a foam cap on the surface. This means that the yeast is active and you can knead the dough further. If this does not happen, you need to use other yeast; the dough will not work with this one.
STEP 3

STEP 4
The finished dough should be semi-thick, homogeneous, without lumps.
STEP 5
Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and keep warm for 1.5-2 hours or longer. During this time, the dough will greatly increase in volume. The dough should be sour. Therefore, you can generally leave the dough to ferment in the evening and bake pancakes in the morning. Just take a larger bowl so it doesn't escape.
STEP 6
