    Cut the liver into portions and beat like chops. Then cut into long strips. If you have chicken liver, then you should not beat it.

    Sprinkle the liver with starch, paprika, salt, squeeze out the garlic and add vegetable oil. Stir and leave for 20 minutes.

    Mix soy sauce, honey and tomato paste.

    When the liver is marinated, fry it on all sides in vegetable oil.
