Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Cut the liver into portions and beat like chops. Then cut into long strips. If you have chicken liver, then you should not beat it.
STEP 2
Sprinkle the liver with starch, paprika, salt, squeeze out the garlic and add vegetable oil. Stir and leave for 20 minutes.
STEP 3
Mix soy sauce, honey and tomato paste.
STEP 4
Cut the onion into half rings.
STEP 5
When the liver is marinated, fry it on all sides in vegetable oil.
STEP 6
Then add onion.
STEP 7
Pour boiling water over the resulting mixture and stir.
STEP 8
Pour the sauce over the liver and simmer for 7-10 minutes with the lid closed. Serve with your favorite side dish.
