I’ve been eyeing recipes for lightly salted cucumbers in a bag for a very long time and haven’t been able to decide. And today my husband asked for some cucumbers to go with the kebab on Navy Day. So I chose Bunny260188’s recipe. And I didn’t regret it. Everything is extremely fast and simple. I used coarse sea salt. For the first time, we decided to limit ourselves to two cucumbers, although they were large. After 3 hours, curiosity got the better of us and we decided to try it. They never stopped. The cucumbers did not wait for the shish kebab. Tomorrow morning I will make another batch, but, of course, the portion will be full, at least for three days. It turned out very tasty! My husband especially appreciated the garlic. I'll put in a lot. Good recipe, don’t be afraid, cook with pleasure!
