The salad is really light and not overloaded with ingredients. Now is just the time when we have eggplants at the market and I can cook something that my household won’t get tired of. The result turned out to be very tasty, since the salad did not sit in the refrigerator for 2 days; we ate it all after trying it for a day and a half. Thanks to the author for the recipe.
