The recipe for lean zucchini pancakes, which I had never tried before, was to my taste. The zucchini I had was vigorous, having survived the winter under the table in the kitchen and gaining flavor :) That’s why the pancakes came out with a bright, one might say, taste. 30 minutes. Pass for the recipe

Everything is so tasty, but... Either it’s a pumpkin, or the zucchini is two hundred years old...

Following your logic, you can use last year’s meat for cutlets. What difference does it make if it's just horseradish for minced meat? Actually, I was joking and didn't say it wasn't tasty.

Actually, I was joking and did not say that it was not tasty. Don’t exaggerate))) we are talking about an overripe vegetable, and not about last year’s meat, these are different things. Overripe zucchini is quite suitable for cooking, especially if you pick out the seeds from it
