Pour one teaspoon of dry yeast into a bowl with three hundred grams of flour.
STEP 3
Pour three tablespoons of sugar into a bowl of flour.
STEP 4
Add half a teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl with flour.
STEP 5
Place one tablespoon of steamed poppy seeds in a bowl with flour and mix all the dry ingredients together.
STEP 6
Pour three hundred milliliters of warm boiled water into a bowl with dry ingredients.
STEP 7
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl quite quickly and thoroughly.
STEP 8
Add one tablespoon of vegetable oil to a common bowl.
STEP 9
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl one more time until smooth and put it in a warm place for thirty minutes.
STEP 10
After thirty minutes, the dough in the bowl has risen well and is ready for baking.
STEP 11
Place a tablespoon of dough into a frying pan heated with the required amount of vegetable oil.
STEP 12
Fry the pancakes in a frying pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
STEP 13
Place the finished pancakes on a paper towel to remove all excess oil.
STEP 14
