Step-by-step preparation

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the products. Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients - chopped oatmeal, salt, sugar, baking powder. Mix.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add cocoa powder and mix well.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Prepare instant coffee with 120 ml of hot water. And let it cool for a couple of minutes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add coffee to the dry mixture a little at a time and knead the dough. The dough should be thick enough so that you can then mold “coffee beans” from it, so the liquid may come out a little less or a little more, adjust the amount based on the consistency. Then let the finished mixture sit for 15 minutes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The parchment needs to be slightly greased with vegetable oil, I have a silicone mat, I don’t lubricate it with anything. We pinch off pieces of the dough and form balls like these. It is better to moisten your palms a little with water.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

We have coffee beans, right?)) We take a toothpick and make indentations in the middle - we imitate the shape of a coffee bean) Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes and bake the cookies)) Be guided by your ovens, do not overbake the cookies)))

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

The finished cookies are very, very aromatic and the smell of coffee calls everyone to the kitchen)

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

These cookies are a great start to the day with a cup of aromatic coffee! And one more plus - they can be cooked and eaten even during Lent) You can store them in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days. But they couldn’t stand it for us for so long - they are eaten instantly)))

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

    Bon appetit!

My type of oatmeal didn’t seem to work - the dough turned out too sticky...xD even water didn’t help. I had to fill it in the forms, let's see what comes out

Thanks to the author for the recipe. I took the risk of skipping the step of grinding oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of flour and instead of instant coffee I added barley drink “Sunny Spike” - it worked)

I read the comments and decided to add less sugar. It turned out very tasty, but next time I will add candied fruits or raisins. It will be very tasty with jam. I didn’t completely beat the oatmeal, I would advise those who like oatmeal to do so) But I don’t like oatmeal at all and I was pleasantly surprised)) Thank you very much for the recipe)
