You will definitely love this hearty creamy soup! Today I decided to make lean pumpkin soup, I was very afraid of being disappointed. When I cut into the pumpkin, I got a wonderful aroma reminiscent of melon, which made me very happy. The process of making soup is as easy as shelling pears! The aroma from celery and pumpkin was amazing, but I was waiting for the finale to try this soup. The result is a delicious pumpkin soup! We ate everything for lunch and my husband asked for more! NataKotyak, a very pleasant and healthy soup, I always prepare this soup during the pumpkin season, I like it better with cream, but my husband likes to add a piece of butter to hot soup, I cook it a little at a time, since it’s not the same at all already heated! NataKotyak, Shura, right now I’m sitting at the computer and drinking this soup straight from a cup. But my pureed soup lacks garlic and celery, and contains cauliflower, bell pepper and cilantro. I just saw this recipe. Tomorrow I will cook according to the NataKotyak recipe. It's pumpkin season now, I cook it almost every other day. Thanks for the recipe.

And purely for aesthetic reasons, I would add carrots to the frying. I think it even gives pale-fleshed pumpkin soup a happier color.
