Instead of sausage, you can use chicken. With Korean carrots - super!

I often make this pita roll with carrots for the holidays. Nourishing, tasty, fast and convenient. Almost all ingredients are always on hand. The only thing is that in addition to mayonnaise, I also lubricate it with ketchup. The roll is soaked well and turns out soft and juicy.

I love lavash snacks: quick, simple, you can experiment with fillings and it’s always delicious! And the lavash roll with Korean carrots turned out to be no exception. I grated the sausage on a coarse grater, and the cheese on a fine grater. She greased a sheet of lavash with mayonnaise, laid the sausage over the entire surface of the lavash. Then she laid out Korean carrots and sprinkled a little dill. And the last layer was cheese. I rolled it up, soaked the roll a little, literally for a few minutes, and cut it into portions. The appetizer turned out very tasty! Thanks to the author Anna for the recipe and I recommend trying it 😊
