I made this roll. It turned out very tasty. soft and juicy - just to lick your fingers. The preparation did not require much effort - everything is quite simple, easy and quick to prepare. I used to try making this roll with boiled sausage and hard cheese, but I liked this recipe better.

Interesting recipe. It’s really reminiscent of shawarma, but the filling doesn’t have the cabbage that people love to put in it! True, if you take the sauce from there (sour cream with garlic and dill), you get a very tasty roll, with a spicy taste! By the way, you can add gourmet mushrooms.
