STEP 1

Knead the biscuit dough and bake the biscuit. Let it cool. Meanwhile, whip cream from cream and condensed milk. From the cooled biscuit, prepare an oval piece in the shape of the beetle’s body. Then cut the biscuit lengthwise into several layers, soak each one with syrup. Assemble the cake, coating the cake layers with a layer of cream. Cover the entire cake evenly with cream. Mark the border of the back and face. Leave the cake to soak.
STEP 2

Melt the chocolate and draw on parchment the eyes, mouth, spots for the back, eyebrows and antennae of the future ladybug. Place in the refrigerator to harden. Meanwhile, prepare the egg white custard. Leave a small part white. Paint a small part in a dark color - black or any dark shade. These two small parts will go on the face. Paint the main part of the cream red or pink.
STEP 3

Once the chocolate has hardened, you can start decorating. Decorate the back of the beetle with red cream.
STEP 4

Use a toothpick to outline the contours of the facial elements.
STEP 5

Use dark cream to draw the section of the wings. Place the chocolate spots on the back.
STEP 6

Apply white and dark creams according to the intended pattern. Place the face parts into place. The cake is ready, decorated and waiting to be served to the table to please your loved ones! Sweet memories to all!
