    Ingredients for the dough, plus for decoration we still need 1 tbsp. jam or thick jam.

    Beat soft butter with powdered sugar.

    Add the protein (no need to beat the protein first) and mix.

    Sift the flour and add to the butter mixture, stir until smooth. You may need less or more flour.

    Place the dough in a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Squeeze cookies onto a baking sheet with an indentation in the center.

    Place a drop of jam in the center of each cookie.

    Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 200-220 C for about 12 minutes, until light golden brown. Let the cookies cool and serve. Bon appetit!
