Julienne with chicken and mushrooms in cake tins
It's all in the presentation! An excellent option for a hot snack. Julienne is a fairly simple dish, but you can make it more attractive and therefore tastier by preparing it in colorful silicone molds from Oursson. The finished dish does not need to be removed from the molds; the julienne should be served hot. We also recommend freezing the prepared julienne and reheating it in the microwave before serving. The taste of the dish will not change.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Prepare all ingredients
STEP 2
Cut the onions finely, the champignons and chicken fillet into strips and fry in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Place the fried onions with chicken and mushrooms in the molds, filling them 3/4 of the volume.
STEP 4
Mix cream, starch, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
STEP 5
Fill the molds to the brim with the mixture.
STEP 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes. Check readiness.
STEP 7
Serve baked julienne as a hot snack.
