  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

I suggest making the first layer from cocoa. First, add 5 grams of gelatin to 200 ml of milk. If you take milk out of the refrigerator, there is no need to heat it. Leave for 15 minutes for the gelatin to swell.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Then add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa. Mix. Place on low heat. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly. It's not worth boiling. Heat until the gelatin dissolves.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Prepare bowls or short glasses and pour the resulting mixture into them. Then put the containers in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until the jelly completely hardens. I looked in the refrigerator half an hour after pouring the mixture and noticed that the cocoa began to separate. It became darker at the bottom and lighter at the top. I mixed it carefully and left it to harden further. Then there was no such separation. Pay attention to this. Perhaps you will have it like this

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Preparing the second layer. I made it milky. 5 grams of gelatin were poured with milk (200 ml) and left to swell for 15 minutes.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Then, also over low heat, stirring constantly, heat the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Let the milk mixture cool a little time. Check to see if the first layer is completely frozen. If yes, then very carefully pour the milk mixture into the second layer. We put the cups in the refrigerator for two hours. Until the second layer hardens completely.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

I decided to make the third layer berry. I made a compote from frozen berries with the addition of 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar. I cooled it down. Then I added 5 grams. gelatin and leave for 15 minutes. After the gelatin has swelled, heat the mixture over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Check to see if the second layer has frozen. And pour the berry mixture. Place the containers in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. After the third layer has hardened, decorate the jelly and treat your loved ones and yourself. You can decorate with grated chocolate, whipped cream, and berries. Bon appetit!

I was interested in the recipe; I had never made jelly in layers before, so I decided to try it. I’ll say right away that I thank the author for warning me that the first coffee layer separates when it hardens. I prepared the first layer, put it in the refrigerator and left the house for an hour. When I returned, I saw that the cocoa had begun to separate from the milk. She pulled it out and began to carefully stir the already quite thick mixture. Since I wanted to make unusual, uneven layers, it didn’t work out neatly, no matter how hard I tried. This can be seen in the photographs. But this did not affect the taste in any way, next time I will carefully monitor the layers and not leave for long. The second layer was made with milk, and the third layer was made with freshly squeezed orange juice. I set the juicer to the “no pulp” mode and additionally strained through a strainer. I did not add sugar to the orange juice. The first layers are sweet, and the citrus very helpfully neutralizes this sweetness. We really liked the recipe and the result, the layers are prepared instantly, the only thing is that it takes a very long time to wait for each layer to harden before pouring the next one. Next time I want to try it with coffee and compote. The coffee won't separate. The dessert turns out very tasty, beautiful, and festive. Many thanks to the author for the ideas and detailed description of the process. I recommend the recipe, make your loved ones happy!
