Sometimes when I come home from work I just fall off my feet. But the family (which is still 5 people) still needs to be fed. Then my microwave recipe notebook comes to my rescue. I want to share with you one of my favorite meat goulash recipes.

It’s good that the Hungarians did not see this “masterpiece”. THIS is not even close to Hungarian goulash!!!
