Hot sandwiches with fish fillet and cheese
A great addition to a holiday or family dinner. On a juicy slice, soaked in egg, a fish fillet is hidden under a delicate cheese coat. Thanks to this combination of products, these hot sandwiches are filling and very tasty. Try cooking. I'm sure you'll like it.

STEP 1
Ingredients.
STEP 2
Salt the fish fillet to taste.
STEP 3
Cut the onion into thin rings.
STEP 4
We prepare leison from eggs and milk.
STEP 5
Grease the sheet on which the sandwiches will be prepared with vegetable oil. We dip each slice of loaf into the leison and place it on a baking sheet.
STEP 6
Place a piece of fish fillet on the slices and an onion ring on top of it.
STEP 7
Sprinkle the sandwiches with finely grated cheese on top. Place in a slightly hot oven (about 160-170 degrees)
