How to make homemade sauce from tomato paste? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose high-quality and natural tomato paste, because its taste will be decisive for the finished sauce. You can choose any spices according to your taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place the tomato paste in a small ladle or saucepan; you can use a bowl in which you can heat food on the stove.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Boil the specified amount of water and pour boiling water over the prepared tomato paste. Stir well so that the tomato paste is evenly dissolved in the boiling water. By changing the amount of water you can easily adjust the thickness of the sauce.

Add salt, sugar, ground black pepper and ground cinnamon to the sauce. Stir until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved. In general, we can say that the sauce is ready.

I made homemade tomato paste sauce as a sauce for pasta. I love sauces that you just need to boil a little and you’re done) To prepare, I took frozen tomato paste (about 3 tbsp). I needed 200 ml for this amount of water. First, I boiled water, then put the tomato in it and began to stir until the mass came together. Next, add salt, sugar and a mixture of freshly ground peppers. There is too much sugar for my taste, so I used a little less. The sauce simmered for a couple of minutes, thickening slightly, becoming smooth and homogeneous. The taste was richly tomato, spicy, sweetish. It went perfectly with pasta.
