Homemade cottage cheesecake with vanilla flavor

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare the cheesecake pie, prepare the necessary products at room temperature and place seven hundred and fifty grams of curd and cream cheese in a large bowl.
STEP 2
Pour two hundred and fifty grams of sugar into a small bowl.
STEP 3
Add one teaspoon of flour and one teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the bowl.
STEP 4
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk.
STEP 5
Pour the sugar and additives into a large bowl with the cream cheese.
STEP 6
Mix with a mixer at low speed until smooth.
STEP 7
Break five chicken eggs into a bowl one at a time.
STEP 8
Stir very carefully with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 9
Gradually pour three hundred and fifty milliliters of cream into a bowl in a thin stream and mix with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 10
Place the prepared curd mixture in a suitable form, the bottom of which is covered with baking paper.
STEP 11
Spread the curd mass in the mold in an even layer.
STEP 12
Place the pan in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees for fifteen minutes, then lower the oven temperature to one hundred and ten degrees and continue baking the cake for one hour. We leave the pie in the slightly open, switched off oven for forty minutes, after which we take it out and let it cool.
STEP 13
After thirty minutes, release the cooled cake from the mold, after first running a knife along the side.
STEP 14
Place the pie in the refrigerator for at least six to eight hours.
