Homemade beer crackers

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make homemade croutons for beer? Prepare your food. Any bread for croutons is suitable, both white and black, I have rye Darnitsky. The most flavorful crackers will come from Borodino bread. Use refined, odorless oil. You can take both olive and sunflower.
STEP 2

Cut the bread into long pieces of equal size. It is more convenient to cut even pieces, so you can first cut off the crusts, giving the piece a square or rectangular shape. You can also choose another cutting method - cubes or thin strips.
STEP 3

Take a deep bowl, pour vegetable oil into it. Peel the garlic cloves and then squeeze them through a press into the oil. Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste; you can use more or less. Add salt and ground black pepper to the oil. You can also add any spices or herbs.
STEP 4

Stir the butter and ingredients with a fork to disperse the garlic. Place the sliced bread into a bowl. Mix it with your hands so that each piece is saturated with oil.
STEP 5

Take a baking tray and line it with baking paper. Place the pieces on it in one layer - this way they will fry evenly. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180°C.
STEP 6

After 7-10 minutes, remove the baking sheet, but do not turn off the heat. Stir the croutons and return to the oven. Fry them for about 7 minutes until golden brown. The exact time will depend on your oven and the size of the pieces. Take out the crackers and pour into a plate.
STEP 7

Serve to the table. Bon appetit!
