STEP 1

To prepare this tender and juicy meat, we will need a smoked piece of pork itself, brown sugar, a jar of canned pineapple and brown sugar.
STEP 2

A smoked piece of pork ham on the bone must be boiled in enough water for 30 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from the pan so that you can make slits and stuff the skin with pineapple pieces.
STEP 3

Mix one teaspoon of brown sugar with two teaspoons of mustard, this sauce will need to be spread on top of the pork and it will allow a sweet crispy crust to form during baking.
STEP 4

Let the sugar dissolve a little in the mustard and open the can of canned pineapple. In principle, you can bake not only smoked pork with mustard sauce, but also marinated pork, but then the sauce can be made spicier, for example 250 ml brown sugar 30 ml vinegar or apple cider vinegar 100 ml tomato sauce 100 ml cream 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
STEP 5

Stuff the cooled pork with pieces of pineapple on top and generously coat all sides with sweet mustard sauce. You can also use canned pineapple rings, which you can simply place on top of the pork.
STEP 6

Place the meat in the oven to bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. If there is a grill mode, then it will take less time to create a crispy, appetizing crust. Remove the pork from the oven and cut into thin slices. I usually serve with roasted vegetables such as turnips, potatoes, carrots and bell peppers. This smoked pork has a tender and juicy flavor. A simple way to prepare, but the end result is a great holiday dinner!
