Ground beef soup

A very hearty soup with minced beef, tomato and rice. This hearty soup is prepared like kharcho, only it is not spicy in taste, but tastes more like soup with meatballs. There is no need to make meatballs from the minced meat; on the contrary, in the soup it should be crumbly, like cereal. Ground beef soup does not take long to cook, since it takes much less time to cook already ground meat.

I just love recipes like this - quick and delicious!! Wonderful result) I tried to do everything according to the recipe, but instead of potatoes I used young zucchini and added fresh tomato. I’ve made soup with minced meat before, but this was my first time with tomato paste, and I definitely liked it. I think that this recipe will become one of the “on duty” recipes in my kitchen))
