I prepared a Greek salad with feta cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes. To say delicious is to say nothing: it’s very tasty! Fresh, light, appetizing and also quick to prepare! I cut tomatoes into slices, onions into half rings, cucumbers into half circles, cheese into cubes. I combined vegetables, cheese, olives, seasoned with oil and mixed.
