The sauce for pasta with meat without tomato paste was not only tasty, but also very aromatic. I prepared pork gravy, fried it with onions, then salted the meat and added flour. I did not add garlic, paprika and pepper. Instead of water, I used hot broth, fortunately the soup was being cooked on another burner. I only needed two ladles for the gravy. Having mixed everything, added sugar and bay leaf and left to simmer under the lid over low heat. Since the bay leaf spent a whole hour in the frying pan along with the meat, it gave the dish its wonderful aroma. Thanks to this, the gravy turned out very tasty, I could eat it with a spoon, and the meat became soft and appetizing! Thank you very much!
