Grandma's cheese pie

An incredibly tasty, quick-to-prepare pie. An absolutely amazing recipe. I haven't met a single person who didn't like grandma's pie. Even my children, who generally don’t eat cottage cheese, gobble up this pie on both cheeks. My grandmother brought the recipe from Odessa, so we will assume that the cuisine is Ukrainian. The most interesting thing about the recipe is that we will pour out the dough and pour out the filling.

The child ate it very tasty with his eyes closed from pleasure))))) It really needs to be baked very carefully - I had the bottom and top heated and it immediately browned, then I had to adjust it during the process and carefully finish baking))) and you need to cool it well, before removing from pan and serving.

Probably the soda still needs to be extinguished - there is a strong taste of soda (I made it strictly according to the recipe).......
