Memories of the bright aromas from my grandmother's kitchen filled my childhood - I watched with curiosity as the older generation created something magical from simple ingredients. Family gatherings were always filled with laughter and joy, and food brought us together. With each new recipe, I discovered a world: Italian pasta, Indian spices, Thai cozy soups - all these cuisines inspired me to create my own dishes. My goal is to show that cooking is easy and fun. Anyone can become a master in their own kitchen by simply following their heart and desire to experiment.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at Apicius, International School of Hospitality.
