Using a coarse grater, grate raw fresh beets and carrots and place them on a plate in separate piles. We cut the cabbage and place it on a plate. Crush the chips in your hands until they become small and place them on a plate. Place mayonnaise or sour cream in the middle of the plate, as you like. Add salt and mix before serving. Bon appetit!
