Fruit salad Yolochka
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Necessary products.
STEP 2

Peel the bananas and cut into rings. Leave one ring to make a star for the Christmas tree.
STEP 3

Peel the tangerines, carefully remove the seeds, and separate into slices.
STEP 4

In a separate bowl, mix honey and yogurt.
STEP 5

Place banana slices and tangerine slices alternately on a flat plate.
STEP 6

Form a fruit pyramid.
STEP 7

Carefully place honey yogurt on the pyramid and coat the pyramid with yogurt on all sides.
STEP 8

Peel the kiwi and cut into thin rings.
STEP 9

Place the kiwi beautifully on a pyramid - place the rings on top of each other, forming “twigs”.
STEP 10

Using a knife, cut a star out of the remaining banana ring. Roll the banana star in sesame seeds and secure with a toothpick to the top of the Christmas tree.
STEP 11

Sprinkle the fruit “Christmas tree” with sesame seeds: it will become “snow” on the “fir branches”. If desired, you can decorate the fruit salad with mint leaves. Bon appetit! Happy holiday!
