Fried pita bread with mixed filling

STEP 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. This appetizer is best prepared with semi-smoked sausage. Boil the eggs and cool. Peel the cooled eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Also grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the sausage into small cubes, and finely chop the greens.
STEP 2

In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients prepared for the filling. Salt the mixture (do not overdo it, remember that the cheese and sausage are already salted), pepper, add sour cream and stir until smooth.
STEP 3

Cut the pita bread into squares, place the filling on one edge of the pita bread and wrap the pita bread into a roll. Fry the finished rolls in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 4

Place them on a paper towel, removing excess oil, and then transfer to a plate. The result is a quick-to-prepare hot snack that is perfect for a picnic.
