STEP 1
I love lamb very much and that’s why I decided to make fried loin today. So: 1. We rinse the loin under running water and place it in a saucepan2. Cut the onion into half rings and add to the loin3. Then add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and finely chopped cilantro.4. Cover with a lid and put under pressure for 1 hour (although the more marinating the better)
STEP 2
5. After the lamb has been marinated, place it in a frying pan and fry on both sides until cooked
STEP 3
Our lamb is ready, it can be served with various side dishes: rice, mashed potatoes, or fried potatoes
