    Pour flour into a bowl and grate the frozen butter on a coarse grater.

    Add baking powder, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and cottage cheese.

    Knead the dough; it should not stick to your hands.

    Roll out some of the dough and use a cookie cutter to cut out circles.

    Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and fry the pucks on both sides. Place the finished curds on a paper napkin.
