Fluffy pancakes made with warm kefir and soda
This recipe makes pancakes very easy and quick! They remain fluffy not only in the pan, but also on the plate, after cooling, and the next day, if they remain. Your family will be delighted! I pour kefir and water into the pan, stir and heat.
STEP 2

In a convenient bowl, break 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 6 tablespoons of sugar and stir everything well.

I add warmed kefir.
STEP 4

Add flour and mix well.
STEP 5

When the dough is ready, add 1 teaspoon of soda.
STEP 6

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well.
STEP 7

Place the dough in a frying pan and fry over medium heat until done.
