Fluffy minced pork cutlets with cottage cheese
Insanely delicious cutlets for your loved ones! Delicious and very simple! A neighbor in a house at a camp site where I once vacationed told me this recipe. This food is very easy to prepare even with a minimum of kitchen utensils, so she made them almost every day, fortunately there are no complex ingredients in the composition.
When I tried the cutlets, I was simply amazed at their extraordinary taste and asked to share the culinary recipe, and now pork cutlets made from minced curd are not uncommon on my dinner table. Although sometimes we stay for dinner, it’s rare, but it happens.

Fry in the remaining butter until done.
STEP 5
