Fish from Natusik

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry until cooked. Place vegetables in a baking dish.
STEP 2

Cut the fish fillet into pieces, roll in flour mixed with salt, pepper and fish seasoning. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 3

Place a layer of fried fish on top.
STEP 4

Melt the butter, add flour, fry everything together over low heat. Pour in warm cream and milk, add salt and cook, stirring over low heat for 7 minutes until thickened. If there are lumps in the sauce, beat it with a blender until smooth.
STEP 5

Cut the tomatoes in circles.
STEP 6

Place our tomatoes on the fish and pour sauce over the entire surface.
STEP 7

Sprinkle grated cheese on top
STEP 8

Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees on the middle shelf. And we will bake for 25-30 minutes. Our delicious fish is ready!
STEP 9

Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Bon appetit!
