Sometimes you want a cake, but you don’t want to cook it for a long time. And then these simple recipes come to the rescue. I haven’t made a fish cake yet, it was interesting to try. At first it seemed that 250 g of cookies would not be enough, but in the end it turned out to be not a small cake, just right. My children don’t like bananas in the cake, so I had to look for goodies in the bins) I found half a bar of dark chocolate and a handful of chopped nuts. I chopped the chocolate into small pieces with a knife and dried the nuts in a dry frying pan. I chopped some of the nuts, and the second part was sent back to the frying pan, sprinkled with a little sugar and heated until the grains dissolved. It turned out to be something like grilled meat, which was sprinkled on the top of the cake. The cake was first coated with chocolate glaze. After keeping the cake in the refrigerator, it became dense and the sour cream was absorbed. The fish crackers separated and it turned out to be a kind of porous “dough”. We all liked the taste, the only comment: I found the dessert too sweet. Next time I'll add just a little sugar. Great recipe, thanks!
