Easy Oatmeal Cookies with Baking Powder
These quick oatmeal cookies are delicious and crispy! I always make oatmeal cookies using this recipe. It turns out very tender, aromatic and tasty. All ingredients are available and available in every kitchen.

Step-by-step preparation

Grind softened butter with sugar

Add eggs, a pinch of salt and mix

Add oatmeal and stir
STEP 5

Add baking powder, flour and seeds. Instead of seeds, you can add nuts, candied fruits, and any dried fruits. Or you don’t have to add anything. Knead the stiff dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour to soften the flakes.
STEP 6

Form the dough into flat cakes and place on a baking sheet lined with oiled paper (or grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil). Place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes.
