Easy DIY Lasagna Dough
Tired of searching for ready-made lasagne sheets? Then this recipe is for you! My husband and his work colleagues recently visited a restaurant that served Italian food and fell in love with lasagna. No woman will tolerate competition, especially since I am a jealous woman. And for successful competition you need to study your opponent properly. I studied it, studied it up and down and on weekends and holidays. I found out this - the lasagna itself is not difficult to prepare, you can buy ready-made sheets. And I want to tell you how lasagna sheets are prepared at home.
If you follow the recipe, everything will work out.

Very useful recipe. I’ve been eyeing lasagna for a long time, I wanted to try making it, but our stores don’t sell lasagna sheets. Now I’ll practice and do it myself. first the sheets, and then one of the recipes for the lasagna itself, there are a lot of them here. Thanks for the useful recipe!

Everything is not as scary as I thought. Everything mixed up perfectly, everything worked out. Problems arose when I started cooking this dough, it simply did not lie flat in the pan, and where it bent, it was difficult to straighten it out, and it just cooked like that. what should be the correct way? who cooked it - tell me??

Fiesta, sheets should be smaller. I can see from the photo that you have them a little larger than needed. 8x16 cm is their standard size. Many people do not cook these sheets at all, especially for those lasagnas that have a lot of sauce. The leaves cook beautifully in this sauce. Try this, the dough is homemade, everything should be ok. Also: boil the sheets in a large amount of water with the addition of vegetable oil (2-3 tablespoons) for 5 minutes. Then the sheets need to be dried.

A very necessary recipe, otherwise ready-made sheets rarely appear in stores. I also know that the dough can be kneaded using only eggs, then it holds its shape very well and it is important to make the dough very dense, but elastic, and roll out thinly and smaller in size, then it’s easier to cook them
