Everyone in our family loves pancakes, especially the children. I often fry pancakes for them in a frying pan, but I haven’t baked pancakes in the oven yet. I wanted to cook and treat the children to this unusual Dutch pancake. I didn’t add fruit to the dough; I decided to decorate the finished pancake with it. The pancake turns out to be very interesting, the sides rise and it takes the shape of a plate. I decorated the finished pancake with bananas, peaches, cherries, sprinkled with powdered sugar and added a scoop of ice cream, where would we be without it, children have a sweet tooth. The pancake is really tasty. Very soft, porous inside, similar to a charlotte-type pie. The kids liked it and devoured it with pleasure. Great option for breakfast. And you can serve this pancake with anything, with various toppings. The only negative is that it takes more time to cook this pancake than to fry pancakes in a frying pan. Moreover, each pancake requires a separate form. I had two forms and I prepared three such pancakes, first I baked two, and then the third. But overall, this pancake is worth your time, especially if you are cooking for children. It is very unusual, soft and tasty

It’s hard to call a mega pancake a pancake, it looks more like a pie

Looks great. But for some reason I wanted to pour some liquid honey on it. Just imagined this delicacy

Lina, as soon as you dare to prepare this pancake, I want to see your photo session, both with and without honey, I’m interested in how your pancake will look

Oh, LyuSey, I'm afraid that I'm not such a good cook that I can post photos of my “creations.” But, if it turns out at least decently, I’ll definitely take a photo.
