STEP 1

This is necessary so that the juice, which will accumulate at the bottom of the container, is absorbed into the grains and does not marinate the meat, since the legs may turn out to be over-salted.
STEP 2

Cover the wheat with a small layer of salt, place the legs evenly on it and also cover them with salt so that the entire surface of the meat is covered with salt. Place this container in the refrigerator for two days.
STEP 3

After the specified time, wash the duck legs in running water and dry with paper towels.
STEP 4

Mix the crushed spices together and rub the legs with them.
STEP 5
