Dinner buns in a bread machine

Adorable donuts with a crispy crust! I haven’t bought bread like this in the store for a long time, because its taste leaves much to be desired, and it’s also difficult to say anything definite about its freshness. That's why I've been making my own bread at home for a couple of years now. Now I will tell you about the method of preparing dinner rolls in a bread machine, because their culinary recipe is very simple.

I measured the flour, water with an ordinary glass according to the recipe and put it in the bread machine step by step (1. water (including an egg, 2. flour, sugar, salt, a little drain, etc., 3. yeast). I have I didn’t learn the dough. It’s liquid and flowing. Oh well, I had to bake it completely in the oven. I kept it in the oven for more than 30 minutes, because the dough didn’t rise. They turned out like oatmeal cookies for me, because I used a special . flour with gluten for bread. In a word, not just from the photo, but at home they say it’s edible. Maybe the yeast is not 0.5 teaspoons, but more? I don’t know why I got the dough?!

I understood everything, not a glass but a measuring cup. And we only measure everything with a measuring cup and a measuring spoon. Still, Margarita, let me ask, 0.5 teaspoons (measured teaspoon) is not too little?

Kalamkas, it’s still a bit small... For 3.5 cups of flour you can put 6-7 grams of dry yeast. And before that, be sure to check them, that is, activate them. Many people have written here that yeast dough may not be suitable precisely because of bad yeast.
