Dessert Kiwi Jelly with Gelatin

Light fruit dessert of kiwi with mint jelly. This jelly turns out very tasty. A long time ago I made a similar jelly, but with kiwi puree. This recipe, where the kiwi is cut into pieces, seems much tastier to me.

I have long since put the recipe for Dessert Kiwi Jelly with Gelatin in my piggy bank, I was still waiting for the right moment. It was very interesting how kiwi would behave in combination with gelatin, because fruit acid, as you know, does not allow gelatin to harden. It turned out that the kiwi needs to be boiled a little first) I’ll immediately warn those who will prepare the jelly, kiwi loses its color a little when heated. This is fine. I increased the portion using the calculator to make more dessert. The jelly turned out to be of medium consistency, neither liquid nor hard. Keeps its shape well. The taste is sweet and sour with a pleasant aroma of kiwi and mint. The whole family liked the dessert and ate it with pleasure)
