Heavily crushed (almost like flour) crackers may not give a crunchy effect. The wings in the initially crispy breading turn out crispy. In my photo you can see what size the breadcrumbs are. You can add your own spices to your taste.

    Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth. If you wish, you can add a little salt to the eggs.

Deep fried chicken wings are crispy and very flavorful! For the marinade, I used dried ginger rather than fresh, and smoked paprika instead of chili. I didn’t buy sesame oil specifically for this dish, but I did have balsamic vinegar and added some to the marinade. The rest is all according to the recipe. I didn’t mix the whites and starch with all the wings at once - first I beat the whites with a fork, then added the starch (it’s better to sift it first so as not to clump) and stirred until smooth. And only then I rolled each piece of chicken in the resulting batter and fried it in a large amount of well-heated oil. It is important that the meat is well cooked inside, so I fried the wings until bright golden brown. The result was so delicious that it was impossible to stop eating! Thanks for the recipe
