STEP 1
How can you quite simply and quickly prepare a beautiful and tender Easter cottage cheese with condensed milk and dried apricots for the holiday table, which will definitely appeal to many for its excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for preparing a beautiful festive dish from healthy cottage cheese.
STEP 2
To prepare Easter, take a saucepan and pour fifty milliliters of water into it, then lay out two egg yolks and mix until smooth, then add one hundred and fifty grams of condensed milk to the saucepan and mix all the ingredients well until smooth.
STEP 3
Place the saucepan on the stove, which then turn on low heat and brew the milk base, stirring constantly.
STEP 4
Pour two tablespoons of starch into a saucepan, which can be replaced with wheat flour in equal quantities, then stir constantly and continue brewing the milk base over low heat on the stove.
STEP 5
Stir and brew the milk base until it becomes a thick and glossy homogeneous mass, then remove the saucepan from the stove and let it cool.
STEP 6
Place one hundred and fifty grams of softened butter in a deep bowl, then pour one teaspoon of vanilla sugar into it and beat with a mixer until smooth.
STEP 7
Add the cooled milk base in parts to the bowl with the butter and mix with a mixer until an airy and aromatic homogeneous mass is obtained.
STEP 8
Place four hundred and fifty grams of fatty cottage cheese in a large bowl, then take a blender and grind the cottage cheese until smooth.
STEP 9
Add one tablespoon of milk base to the bowl with the curd mass, then distribute it evenly and gently stir until smooth.
STEP 10
Place finely chopped dried apricots, previously soaked in water, into a bowl with the curd mass, then mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
STEP 11
Take a suitable form for preparing Easter and cover it with damp gauze folded in two layers, then fill it tightly with the prepared curd mass and put it in the refrigerator for two to three hours.
STEP 12
After time has passed, take Easter out of the refrigerator and place it on a plate, then remove the prepared Easter from the mold and decorate it to taste with candied fruits.
