STEP 1
How to make curd dessert without baking and without gelatin? Prepare your food. Take any cookies: shortbread, puff pastry, cottage cheese. It will turn out interesting if it comes in different varieties. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content, just keep in mind that this will change the calorie content of the dish. Choose natural, high-quality, tasty cottage cheese, without vegetable additives.
STEP 2
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar, beat them well with a blender. If you don’t have a blender, then rub the cottage cheese through a sieve - the dessert will be more tender. Instead of sour cream, you can take yogurt, and replace the cottage cheese itself with curd mass. Try to use all dairy products of the highest quality, especially if children will eat the dessert. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
STEP 3
Break the cookies into small pieces. This is easy and simple to do using a rolling pin and placing the cookies in a bag. The size of the crumbs can be any - large ones will make the dessert crispy, small crumbs will make it tender. You can also crumble the cookies in a blender or simply break them with your hands. Place in glasses in layers: cottage cheese cream, crumbled cookies.
STEP 4
Layer of berries. I used lingonberries, but you can use any berries you like. Wash fresh berries first, defrost frozen ones. If the berries are sour, increase the amount of sugar. Alternatively, you can use jam or marmalade, or mash fresh berries with sugar just before making dessert.
STEP 5
Then another layer of cookies and a layer of cream. The number of layers depends on the size of the glass. I got two layers, you can do three or get by with one.
STEP 6
Decorate the top to taste with grated chocolate, berries, sweets, marmalade. You can put the dessert in the refrigerator for a while to cool it down.
