Curd dessert with stevia according to the Dukan diet
My favorite Dukan dessert! Very sweet, but not high in calories! My favorite dessert lately. It contains a combination of bomb products that provide a bunch of vitamins to the body. And instead of sugar, stevia is my find. For those on the Dukan diet, this is the best for you!

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 3 hr
STEP 1
Grate the lemon zest.
STEP 2
Soak the gelatin in warm water for 5 minutes until it swells. After the time has passed, drain the water from it.
STEP 3
Heat the juice in a small saucepan, add gelatin, cottage cheese and stevia
STEP 4

STEP 5
Separate the yolks from the whites
STEP 6
Beat the whites with salt into a thick foam.
STEP 7
Carefully add them to the curd mixture and stir. Pour into molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
